Cats are King at Seattle Humane's Catapalooza: What's Up

This weekend, Seattle Humane Society in Bellevue celebrates all things cat at Catapalooza.

Cats and cat fans will have their day with kids’ activities and adoption discounts at Seattle Humane’s weekend Catapalooza Aug. 10 and 11.

Meet television star Jackson Galaxy, cat behaviorist and star of Animal Planet’s “My Cat From Hell”, will be speaking as a part of his Cats Uncaged tour on Saturday, Aug. 10 at 11 a.m.

All cats over one year will have a waived adoption fee. Kittens under one year are $50 (or two for $90). The first 25 kitten adoptions on both Saturday and Sunday will have a waived adoption fee, so get there early.

Seattle Humane’s 8th Annual Catapalooza is this weekend, Aug. 10-11 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

You might meet the following two cats, who are available for adoption:

Lily is a gorgeous 4-year-old kitty with long white fur and a very photogenic face. This lovely lady enjoys a life of leisure, open to brushing and petting by her favorite people. Lily appreciates height and will climb to the top of her cat tree to observe the world around her. Want to meet this pretty girl? Hurry in today to meet Lily at the Seattle Humane Society!

Jane is a sweet 2-month-old purring machine! This curious little girl is all kitten who will play, play, play until her little heart is content! Settle her down with a nice chin scratch though, and she’s all snuggles. Her soft fluffy fur and sweet personality make Jane the perfect cuddle buddy. She can’t wait to join your family, so come meet her today at the Seattle Humane Society – and let the fun begin!
