Volunteer Veterinarians Needed for Health Check Ups for Seattle Humane Pet Project

Seattle Humane is looking for volunteer veterinarians for our Pet Project vet clinics. Through Pet Project we help low-income community members disabled by AIDS keep their pets by providing pet food, supplies and basic vet services.

We offer vet clinics to Pet Project clients six times a year and they are completely volunteer run. We provide wellness checks, vaccinations, and routine bloodwork. Our upcoming clinic dates are 6/10, 8/19, 10/21 and 12/16. They run from noon-4:00 pm. Clients are scheduled for 30 min. and we see approx. 30-35 pets.

If you are a veterinarian looking to volunteer your services or know someone who may be interested, please contact petproject@seattlehumane.org or (425) 649-7566 for more information.

Pet parents, feel free to ask your vet if they may want to participate!
