Hello! I'm a 40 years old (nanny)women, single mom of a happy 11 yrs girl, no smoker, no parties,educated ,payment goes straight from my bank account, need move in July (any day ) MIL would be perfect , I'm used to and I know how it works, here is what I need w/d in unit or share , a lil kitchen, utilities include,quiet,good neighborhood and schools.
