Adopt this Pet: May is a Happy, Playful Pit Bull Puppy

May is one of the adoptable pets at the Seattle Humane Society featured this week on Bellevue Patch. Check this column soon to meet another featured adoptable pet.

May, a 3-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix, is a sweet and curious girl, always checking out what’s going on around her. She has the most adorable forehead wrinkles and head tilt when she sees something new and interesting. She’s a happy, playful pup and it’s a joy to watch her romping and pouncing with her toys. May has a lot of youthful energy and would love to be in an active household. She would make a great outdoor companion for long walks or hikes. May loves treats and she takes them very gently from your hand.

The  is at 13212 SE Eastgate Way in Bellevue and is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday.

All dogs and cats at the  have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. They go home with 30 days of pet health insurance and a certificate for an examination by a King County veterinarian.
