Adopt this Pet: Meet Aspen the Bunny

Aspen is one of the adoptable pets at the Seattle Humane Society featured this week on Bellevue Patch. Check this column soon to meet another featured adoptable pet.

Meet Aspen, a 5-month-old black bunny who can’t wait to meet you! Aspen is a social gal who enjoys sitting on your lap and having her soft ears stroked. Bunnies can make wonderful family pets – they love to play and can even learn tricks! The Seattle Humane Society is waiving adoption fees on all critters like bunnies, hamsters, and guinea pigs throughout December.

The  is at 13212 SE Eastgate Way in Bellevue and is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday.

All dogs and cats at the  have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. They go home with 30 days of pet health insurance and a certificate for an examination by a King County veterinarian.
