Adopt This Pet: Molly the Cat

Molly is one of the adoptable pets at the Seattle Humane Society in Bellevue that Bellevue Patch will feature this week.

Molly is a gorgeous 7-year-old cat with warm, affectionate personality. Molly has a stubby tail which she likes to wag when getting her back scratched. Molly is at the in Bellevue and is ready to join a family's home. She has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. Molly's adoption fee is waived as part of Seattle Humane Society's Home 4 the Holidays promotion in December. Every cat more than a year old is free, and kittens are just $50. 

Come meet Molly at the Seattle Humane Society's offices in the Eastgate neighborhood of Bellevue. It is open noon to 6 p.m. weekdays and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

All dogs and cats at the Seattle Humane Society have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. They go home with 30 days of pet health insurance and a certificate for an examination by a King County veterinarian. For more information on adoptable pets, visit seattlehumane.org.   • Home 4 the Holidays continues through December, with free adoptions for cats one year and older. The adoption fees for kittens will be reduced to $50.
  • The Holiday Pet Food Drive also continues, which helps fill the Seattle Humane Society's Pet Food Bank. Collection barrels are in local stores through Jan. 3. The food helps feed more than 1,200 pets belonging to low-income seniors and people disabled by AIDS. Donors can pick up a few extra cans of pet food or a bag of dry pet food while shopping and drop them in a donation barrel.
