May 19: Mother’s Day Thursdays at the Movies at

10 a.m.

Do you have a baby and would love to go see a new release movie in a theater, with your baby in tow? Then this is for you! Bring your stroller and watch the latest movies with other parents. Shows are presented with the lights up a bit and the sound down a bit so babies stay happy. May 19: Strategic Gaming for Teens at the

3 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Does your teen like playing role-playing games including Dungeons and Dragons and wants to meet other Bellevue teens with similar interests? The Lake Hills Strategic Gaming Club invites him or her to this upcoming program in the meeting room of the Lake Hills Library.

May 21: Mercer Slough Nature Walk

2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Bring your kids on this guided nature walk with a park ranger and learn about Bellevue's largest wetland. Meet at the visitor’s information center at .  No pre-registration required.

Noon to 4 p.m.

Make a fantastic Father’s Day gift! 

Cost: Plate kits are $7.99 May 21 only – normally $15.99. Pre-register suggested by calling 425 453-8959 prior to May 21 but drop-ins are also welcome.

May 21: Get Crafty Saturdays at the

1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Learn the basic principles of weaving to make a cotton pot holder. Project is inspired by the Mysterious Content of Softness exhibit.

$2 materials fee per child or free with admission.
