UPDATED: Yoe's Noodle Reopened After Closure

Yoe's Noodle is now open, after being closed by a county Public Health food inspector on Tuesday, according to an announcement by Seattle King County Public Health.

Yoe's Noodle was reopened on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. according to the King County Public Health Department.

Yoe's Noodle was closed by a county Public Health food inspector on Tuesday, June 4, according to an announcement by Seattle King County Public Health.

Bellevue Patch will update this story when Yoe's is reopened. King County issued the following information about the closure:

Yoe's Noodle located at 1411-C 156th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98007 was closed by a Public Health food inspector for the following food safety violations:
  • Potentially hazardous foods at unsafe temperatures.
  • Improper cooling of potentially hazardous food.
  • Foods not protectected from cross contamination
  • Poor personal hygiene practices - handwashing.
  • Handwashing facilities unavailable.
