Artist Studio Tour

Sixteen local artists will be showcasing their creative artworks at five locations in the Woodinville-Redmond area during the fourth annual Artist’s Studio Tour coordinated by the Sammamish Valley Arts Center.  The Studio Tour will be open on Saturday and Sunday, June 11th and 12th, 11am to 5pm.

The Artist Studio Tour is a self-guided tour showcasing exhibits of professional quality artwork, working artist’s studios, demonstrations and artists in action. Artists will be exhibiting artwork created in a variety of styles ranging from modern abstract to realistic. All of the exhibiting Artists will be available to discuss what their art is about, why they create it and the techniques and materials used.

The Studio Tour is an expedition through two and three dimensional artworks created in a wide range of media, including oil painting, watercolors, acrylic, egg tempera, pastel, colored pencil, graphite, pen and ink, photography, paper collage, jewelry, fused and slumped glass, sculpture and ceramic pottery. Attendee’s should pick up a “Studio Passport” and have it stamped at each location to be entered into a drawing for an original oil painting donated by Aaron Brothers Art & Framing in Woodinville.
