This Halloween come party with the Bellevue Arts Museum. There will be treats, music, art, dance, cocktails, even a magician and a psychic. Dress up in your best artist or artwork costume and stop by the photo nook to enter the costume contest. The first 100 guests are greeted with a free, spooky BAM temporary tattoo.
