Kirkland Uncorked

Whether it’s in the air, on the grill, or on the canvas, guests can experience a spectrum of art at Kirkland Uncorked, a festival of art, food and wine on the waterfront July 15-17 at Marina Park in Kirkland.

The Kirkland Uncorked Promenade, presented by Bruce Titus Eastside Subaru, is a mecca for the arts during this three-day festival. Activities include:

  • Artist Lane curated by Kirkland Arts Center - The Kirkland Uncorked Promenade will be alive with art from local and regional artists in all mediums. Curator Kirkland Arts Center (KAC) has worked with thousands of artists since it was formed as the Creative Arts League nearly 50 years ago. KAC serves the Eastside arts community by providing artists and art lovers of all ages the opportunity to work together, build creative skills, and broaden their knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the visual arts.
  • Arts for All Experience - Stop by the Arts for All exhibit and experience clay throwing demonstrations, drawing activities for everyone including the doodlers and kids' art activities. All this is brought to our guests with collaboration of Kirkland's many arts and culture organizations including Kirkland Arts Center, Kirkland Performance Center, Kirkland Choral Society and Studio East.
  • Art in Downtown Kirkland - While at Kirkland Uncorked, take a self-guided tour to explore more than 25 original life-sized bronze statues scattered throughout the city. You can also visit the many galleries along the downtown streets. Learn more at ExploreKirkland.com.

What else can guests find in the Kirkland Uncorked Promenade? Cyclists who ride into the event can park their two-wheeled rides at the Hope Heart Institute Bike Valet, and then hit the docks to preview a showcase of, or even take a ride on, some of the hottest boats on the market provided by the Seattle Boat Show. On Sunday, dog owners can unleash their pup’s inner supermodel at the annual CityDog Magazine Cover Dog Model Contest at noon with proceeds benefiting Pasado Safe Haven.   To taste the art of food and wine, ticket holders can visit the Kirkland Uncorked Tasting Garden presented by Magnolia Audio Video.
