The East Shore Unitarian Church youth group presents a staged reading of “The Laramie Project,” a play about the 1988 murder of 21-year-old Matthew Shepard, at 6:30 p.m., Feb. 12 at the church. Admission is free, but refreshments will be sold and donations accepted. All monies raised from the evening will go local and national organizations that support gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered (GLBT) youth.
