The shopping center itself has been undergoing an internal facelift as well, with new banners in the atrium, a redesigned stage, and new wall graphics that celebrate the diversity of Bellevue, highlighting the 10 most spoken languages here, Webster said. All of the changes, which in total will leave the center 98 percent occupied, have been timed to be ready in time for the holiday season and the annual Cultural Crossroads Festival that is slated to take place Nov. 4 – 6.
