Black Friday 2012 in Bellevue: Deals and Door-Buster Hours

The holiday shopping season kicks off in a big way with Black Friday, when retailers officially unveil their bargains. Some aren't even waiting until the Thanksgiving leftovers are cold.

Here are Black Friday (or Thursday) hours for area shopping centers and stores:

Bellevue Square: Open at 6 a.m. Friday, although Macy's opens at midnight. JC Penney opens at 6 a.m., and Nordstrom opens at 8 a.m. Here's a look at hours and deals.

Best Buy: Best Buy will open at Friday morning at midnight, but tickets will be handed out starting at 10 p.m. Thursday night. Best Buy's doorbuster deals are listed here.

Fred Meyer: Fred Meyer will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thanksgiving day (Thursday). On Friday, the store will open at 5 a.m. For Fred Meyer's deals, check here.

Downtown Seattle: Westlake Center opens at 8 a.m. The Macy's Parade starts at 9 a.m., with the tree lighting at 5 p.m.
