Cinco de Mayo: Where to Celebrate in Bellevue

Looking for a spot to sip a margarita or feast on a fajita this weekend? Here's a list of some Bellevue establishments that are planning fiestas.

Cinco de Mayo is just a few days away, and this weekend's unseasonably warm weather will make it even more enticing to get out and enjoy a margarita or cerveza in honor of the 1862 underdog defeat of Napolean's French army by Mexican soldiers.

Here is a list of some bars and restaurants in or near Bellevue that will be offering discounts or serving special items this weekend. If you know of additional fiestas, please add them in the comments below.

La Cocina del Puerco: Special menu items including fish tacos on Friday and chile colorado on Saturday. Beer specials all weekend long.

The Spot Off Main: It's not a Mexican joint, but The Spot Off Main has plenty to celebrate with the recent opening of its new patio. Drink specials will continue through the weekend with $4 Pacifico, $5.50 Jose Cuervo and more.
