WSJ: Justice Department Sues to Block Bellevue-Based T-Mobile and AT&T Deal
The $39B deal between the Bellevue-based, U.S. arm of Deutsche Telekom was announced in March.
The Wall Street Journal reports that the Justice Department just filed suit to block the $39 billion acquisition of Bellevue-based T-Mobile by AT&T, saying it would hurt competition and could raise prices.

In March, the two companies announced the deal, which involves the second and fourth largest cell phone companies in the U.S.
