The final installment of the "Harry Potter" movie saga came out this week. -- yet exciting because the final installment of the books was so exciting.

A Bellevue man was one of two people who faces charges after federal investigators say he and another business owner illegally withdrew money from food stamp benefits for their customers -- and took some off the top as well.

Last weekend's State Route 520 Bridge closure incorporated many projects, including an inspection of the bridge, the installment of a new tolling sign which will be tested for the next few weeks and the construction of a new culvert - which is more fish-friendly than the old one - under the 520 roadway. You can watch the culvert construction process -- which all took place in about 54 hours -- in a time-lapse YouTube video linked above.
