Superintendent Justin "Tim" Mills took his oath of office at the start of the Bellevue School Board meeting Tuesday.
Mills, most recently superintendent of North Clackamas School District in Oregon, to replace .
He was sworn in by Bellevue School District president Paul Mills, who started the meeting by thanking Eva Collins, the district Assistant Superintendent of Instructional Services and School Support, for her work as the interim superintendent while the board searched for Cudeiro's replacement.
Tim Mills has been an educator for 35 years, including as a teacher and principal in Colorado and Arizona, according to the Bellevue School District. Mills holds his bachelor and master degrees from the University of Colorado and his Ed.D from Nova Southeastern University, according to the district.
Mills' salary is $237,000 and his contract is for three years.
