Cavalia Horse Show Set to Premiere Jan. 18 at Marymoor
Performances at Marymoor Park are now scheduled to begin Jan. 18.
Cavalia, a large-scale horse production created by a co-founder of Cirque du Soleil, will premiere a week early at Marymoor Park next month. The show is now scheduled to begin Jan. 18 and continue through Feb. 5, organizers have announced in a news release.
The show, officially titled , features acrobats, dancers, musicians and 45 horses from around the world. All performances will take place under a 110-foot, 26,000-square-foot "white big top" tent that .
The production includes projections onto a 210-foot screen and other visual effects. The audience is seated in front of a 160-foot stage that enables horses to gallop at full speed during the show.
