Eastside Fashion: Recap of Fashion Week at the Bellevue Collection

Fall fashions jumped from the magazine pages to the runway, at last week's Fashion Week at the Bellevue Collection.

Last week's Fashion Week at  was absolutely amazing and glamorous. The magazine Vogue brought the fall trends straight from its pages to the runwa, offering insight on fall trends and how-to-wear fashions available at The Bellevue Collection. Here's the recap of the events during this fashion-filled week.

Wednesday: Glambition: Girl Power Hour's Anniversary Party!

Glambition was the kickoff to Fashion Week at The Bellevue Collection. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to attend, but my fashion/party spies gave me a full report of the networking group's 4-year anniversary party! The party was jam packed with people and fashion from the new fall collections. The event included food, palm reading and Lily Jang, from Q13 Fox news, who was the fabulous party host! Girl Power Hour posted pictures of the event on its Facebook page if you'd like to check it out.

Friday: Posh Trend Event and Zebra Club Fashion Show

The Fashion Show which was at and after party at .

Zebra Club, which is located in Bellevue Square, is a store that features up and coming brands, as well as more established brands such as Stussy, Obey, the Capital Lee line, 10 Deep and Wesc.

It was a great show, performers rapped as the models strutted down the runway in the latest Zebra Club fall fashions from brands including Obey, G-Star, Nudie, Vanishing Elephant, Stussy, Palladium and QSW, and local brands, Casual Industrees, GNRL QTRS, Suzabelle and Spacecraft.

Zebra Club reported that performers included GMK (Golden Mike King), Jaymes Mcfarland, The Physics and Don’t Talk to the Cops.  The show was hosted by DJ BlesOne of Don’t Talk to the Cops with special guest DJ Topspin aka Blendiana Jones.

Makeup was done by Jeni Littleton of Makeup Artistry and Skincare. I posted photos to my Facebook page so you can check out !

Saturday: Style Trends with Anne Vincent and Lawrence Zarian

Anne Vincent from Vogue, and Lawrence Zarian from Entertainment Tonight and Regis and Kelly also gave a presentation on the latest fall fashion style trends. Lawerence and Anne said to look for trends like velvet, textures, mix-and-match, camel, cat heels, skins, checkered patterns, lace, black tights, and too think Audrey Hepburn and 1960s chic when shopping for your fall ensembles. They also mentioned FUR FUR FUR, but warned not to go overboard, or you will look like an animal yourself. (Some of these trends are explained in my previous review of .)

Anne was wearing Vince, and Lawrence was wearing Hugo Boss, which he said he wears this brand all the time! Anne Vincent and Lawrence Zarian also hosted a free show on Saturday at the mall that was open to everyone. Click here for more pictures.

Vogue presents Front Row Fashion Show

The Vogue Front Row Fashion Show was FABULOUS. Everyone looked so chic! Dressed to kill! Anne Vincent from Vogue introduced the show and of course the clothes were stunning. The models showed off how to wear the latest trends, and we saw lots of fur and color blocking, preppy looks, and a lot of 1960s chic. The show was divided into sections showcasing different types of trends. Titles included "Fall for Texture," "Color Conundrum" (my favorite because I love the color blocking trend), "For the Frill of It," "24/7 Utility" (fashions for busy Bellevue men and women), "Time to Shine," "Outer Limits" and "Evening Starts."

It was such a glamorous night of fashion with the benefit that all proceeds went to benefit the Moyer Foundation! I posted plenty of pictures on my Facebook page.

The Bellevue Collection outdid themselves this year! It was such a fabulous fashion week!
