Five Things You Need To Know Today: June 7
Free stories, public meetings, and don't forget to check out SIFF this week at the Kirkland Performance Center.
1. You can never have too many stories. It’s free story time today at 10 a.m. at the Coal Creek YMCA, 13750 Newcastle Golf Club Road, Newcastle, for kids ages 2 – 5 with an adult. .
2. Later, your teens can enjoy the Teen Zone at , at 15590 Lake Hills Blvd. in Bellevue. It’s a chance to hang out, study, play video games and pick up a good book. .
3. I’m sure you’re familiar with the Seattle International Film Festival, but did you know that a number of films are being shown at the Kirkland Performance Center, including some French films (my true language love)? Find out about what’s playing in Kirkland and get tickets here.
