Five Things You Need To Know Today: May 27

Will you be stay-cationing this weekend? Here are some Bellevue-area happenings to help you enjoy the holiday weekend.

1. Saturday, enjoy a free five-mile guided hike starting at Coal Creek Park, 7392 Lakemont Blvd SE, from 10 a.m. – noon. Get connected to your local greenbelts and neighborhood parks as rangers take you on hikes throughout the summer. 

2. Journey Stories, a compelling Smithsonian exhibition that shows how our evolving mobility changed a young nation and how transportation made us grow opens Saturday, May 28 at , 15600 NE 8th St. at noon.

3. Later, enjoy free dancing to the Microsoft Jazz Band , 15600 NE 8th St, from 7:30 – 10 p.m. Free entertainment- great chance to get out on the dancefloor- or just sit and enjoy.
