Help Hurricane Sandy Victims with a Simple Tweet

Patch is donating $1 for every tweet, up to $125,000, to help victims of Hurricane Sandy rebuild.

With nearly 900 local websites, Patch is both a local and national company, and we understand that being part of the community means helping our neighbors in times of crisis.

To that end, Patch has launched a campaign to help victims of Hurricane Sandy by pledging to donate $1 for every tweet on Twitter.com tagged #PatchRebuilds, up to $125,000.

You can help friends and family affected by the storm on the East Coast that has left millions reeling by visiting the Patch Rebuilds site and composing a tweet in the name of Sammamish-Issaquah Patch, including the hashtag and the name of the town you have ties to (if you don't have direct ties, you can visit the map of Patch towns and pick one, too!) The donations will go to AmeriCares disaster relief.

Thanks for helping.
