Topic: If you could go back and meet yourself before you had your first child, what would you say?

This intriguing video apparently is the brilliant marketing campaign of Nummies, a nursing bra company out of Canada. Despite it being an ad, it is such an interesting and thought-provoking concept, I thought I would throw the idea out there.

Women hold up placards of stating nuggets of hard-won wisdom -- each card describing what a mother would say to her younger self just before giving birth to her first child:

"Meet other Moms."

"Millions of parents survive sleep deprivation."

"Forgive yourself."

"Nobody really knows what they're doing."

"Real men change diapers."

The people who made the video claim they asked real moms for these statements. Don't know if that's true, but I sure will.

So, moms and dads, if you could go back in time, what would you say to yourself just before the birth of your first child?
