Learn About the New 520 Bridge at Medina Open House

Residents can learn more about the upcoming construction of the new State Route 520 floating bridge at a at in Medina on Tuesday.
The state plans to replace the 50-year-old span with a new bridge. The bridge will connect to the state's . Improvements already underway include , a wider roadway, increased carpool lanes, a bicycle and pedestrian lane and environmental upgrades. The .
According to the state, in addition to details about construction and floating bridge designs,WSDOT staff will share updated information on designs in the Seattle area, progress on permits and our efforts to minimize effects during construction.
