Patch Picks: Winter Break Fun

We found some hot spots for cool family fun during Bellevue's winter break.

Enjoying winter break with the kiddos this week? Wondering how to keep them occupied? We found some fun places to help you fill your days together with extra fun.

  • in Factoria has fun activities planned next week. As a special bonus, it is open Monday, Feb. 21, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The museum is also hosting Share a Toothy Grin activities to celebrate dental health month.
  • Get your bounce on at in Bellevue, where even grown-ups are welcome to bounce and play with their kids in their stocking feet. For ages 2 and older, 3-2-1 Bounce has two drop-in sessions daily, from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., and from 10:45 a.m. to noon. The cost is $6.
  • If your bouncing kids are of the bigger sort, check out , another popular bounce-arama with trampolines, trampoline dodgeball and even AIRobics. This business is also open on Presidents' Day, but closed for a private event on Tuesday, Feb. 22.
  • at is a great place to get creative together. The kid-friendly business is hosting a Pirate Party on Feb. 25 from 4:30 to 5:40 p.m. with painting, fun and treats. The cost is $20.50, and you must call or stop by to sign up. While you’re there, enjoy a dinner at Crossroads’ international food court or stop by on Thursday Feb. 24, from 5 to 9 p.m. for family game night.
  • Remember the magic of roller skating? Share it this week with your kids at in Bellevue. The business is open all week (noon to 4 p.m. on Monday and noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday) and all sessions cost $5, plus $1.50 for quad skate rentals.
