Thanksgiving 2012: What's Open What's Closed in Bellevue

Is there garbage service in Bellevue on Thanksgiving? What grocery stores are open today? Who can I call with questions about how long to cook my turkey? Here's what's open and what's closed in Bellevue?

Have questions about garbage service, a last minute grocery run in Bellevue, or who you can call for questions about your turkey? Here are a few answers to those questions and more.

If you are traveling this Thanksgiving weekend, check out the Washington State Department of Transportation traffic information web pages to plan your route. You can expect heavy traffic along I-90 Snoqualmie Pass, US 2 Stevens Pass, Interstate 5 near the U.S./Canadian border and I-5 between Olympia and Tacoma.

If you need last minute advice for roasting turkey check out the USDA's Turkey Fact Sheet, or call Butterball's Turkey Talk Line at 1-800-BUTTERBALL. According to the USDA, a turkey should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit for safety.
