BPW Bellevue guest speaker Anita Boser shared how to relieve stiffness and feel young again

Bellevue Business Professional Women's January speaker, Anita Boser, author of "Relieve Stiffness and Feel Young Again with Undulation", shared with us exercises that we can do to increase flexibility whenever we have a spare moment, even while waiting for the traffic light to change.

Anita helped us pay more attention to our breathing.  That awareness alone brought inner stillness immediately.  

Then she showed us how to sit so we do not place stress on our spine. We also did some core exercises (who knew it could be so easy!)

Anita also showed us ways to relieve stiffness by undulating, how to stand up without causing stress to our spine, and how to increase balance in our body.

Anita also shared with us a bellydanceing event coming on February 9th, at the Valley Center Stage in downtown North Bend.  Address is 119 1/2 North Bend Way.  Performance is 7 to 10 pm, and is a family-friendly event.
