Avoiding the holiday blues will explore traditions celebrations and our expectations around our holiday season. We will also review our priorities and raise awareness around our own self care.

About the Speaker

Eileen Bowen, MA, LMHP

Eileen has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and has extensive adult education experience, including teaching Parenting, Anger Management, Anxiety, Self-Esteem and Depression classes. She has worked in community mental health for over 20 years and has a private practice in Bothell. Eileen has raised four children, one who has Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and has been married to the same man for almost 44 years!
