Hospice care is more than just medical care for the terminally ill. Much like physicians and midwives prepare families for the birth of a child, the hospice team helps families prepare for the death of a loved one.Join us for this interactive and educational class designed to offer information about hospice as an option for care at the end of life. This program will share an overview of hospice philosophy and services, and information about the end of life process.
