Ever wondered how milk becomes cheese? Love tiramisu but can't afford the mascarpone? Come to this class and learn how to make cheese for less. We'll be making mascarpone and feta, both great beginner cheeses that can help you get ready for your future cheese making adventures. No previous experience necessary!
