This Acupressure is designed to teach simple yet effective self-help acupressure treatment you can do at home. We will cover treatment for common conditions like headache, body ache, indigestion, menstrual cramp, fatigue… etc. Please bring a partner with you because we will do lots of hands-ons in the class. Remember to wear something loose like sweat pants as you will need to have access to your limbs for point location.
This class is FREE for all our patients and usually $25 each for all others. This time we will waive it, so it's a FREE EVENT! Just come with your partner and enjoy the fun!
