Mental Illness Impact Stories Needed

The Washington state legislature is currently considering legislation that will possibly improve the lives of those dealing with mental illness themselves and/or their families. They need to hear stories from those of us whose lives have been impacted by mental illness. If you have a story to tell, please send it to the office of NAMI-Eastside (National Alliance on Mental Illness), 16315 NE 87th St. # B-3, Redmond, WA 98052; www.nami-eastside.org.
NAMI will honor any request for anonymity.

If you would like to help advocate for better mental health services by contacting legislators, writing letters to the editor, helping to organize local public education meetings, please indicate that as well.
