Nia Seattle teachers and community members will gather to join One Billion Rising in a global effort to join forces, dancing together to end violence against women and girls globally.
We will gather and dance in solidarity.
We will gather and dance the commonality of our struggles.
We will gather and dance to show our power in numbers and to express our refusal to accept violence against women and girls.
We will gather and dance to celebrate a new time and a new way of being.
