Open House at the French Immersion School of Washington

Learn more about the preschool and elementary program at the French Immersion School of Washington. Our presentation will start around 2pm, with tours to follow.


FISW offers an amazing education for children, starting at age 2.5. Students study all the major subjects – reading, writing, math, history, science, grammar, etc. – in both English and French, with the majority of their class time spent in French. The curriculum at FISW is comprehensive and challenging, and prepares students to be critical thinkers, curious about their world and excited about learning.


Over 19 nationalities are represented at FISW, and students learn about other cultures and graduate with a global world view, respecting differences of all kinds in our community and around the world.
