The 6 Week Challenge - Young for Life

Have you ever wanted an owner’s manual for keeping your body and mind youthful and energetic? Come learn how food affects your energy levels, thoughts, health and how you feel about your life and body. During this challenge, you will be progressively introduced to new concepts, and will set your own goals. You will also experience how setting aside time each week for yoga and meditation will greatly support you in achieving your goals. Even simple changes can have a profound effect on your well-being.

In the first session, you will gain tools for identifying the changes that you want to make in your eating habits and set personal, obtainable goals. In each class, you will receive information, inspiration and support to take your health to the next level.  By the end of the course you will feel empowered to be in control of your health and have the ability to choose to feel good all the time.
