The relaxation experienced after a regular class is exponentially increased both during and after Yoga Nidra. This “yogic sleep” moves us along the brain-wave continuum beyond superficial relaxation into the deeper relaxation of theta waves. This state counterbalances our waking lives where anxiety, disharmony and unease are far too common. Come be extraordinary! We will briefly move the body so it may lie still. Then the consciousness will be drawn out of the physical form.
