Parenting Series: Reduce Family Conflict due to Temperament Differences

Thursdays  – July 18, 25 and August 1
6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Children are born with different personalities or temperament. Different temperaments can cause stress in a family. Some are easier to manage than others. Do you find that your child is more energetic, gets upset more easily, or seems more headstrong than others?

In this 3-session series offered by Youth Eastside Services, parents will:
• Discover what temperament is and how it impacts parenting
• Identify triggers that lead to tantrums and challenging behaviors
• Learn strategies to manage your child’s strong reactions
