Series: Parenting a Child or Teen with ADHD

New Four-part series Wednesdays, Oct. 2, 9, 16 and 23

This new class offers skill development for both parents and


their child or teen. In this 4 session series offered by Youth Eastside


Services, parents will learn how ADHD affects your child and your family life,

and how to address time management, organization, self-regulation, and

executive functions.

Watanabe is a parent coach and certified Positive Discipline parenting educator.

The mother of two adolescent sons, she has been teaching parenting classes at

Bellevue College for 16 years. 

Cost: $120 for parent or

parenting couple and child for series. Includes 2 books: Taking Charge of

ADHD
by Russell Barkley and Putting on the Brakes Activity Book for Kids

with ADD or ADHD
