This event is for EVERYBODY - all nationalities, faiths, creeds and abilities. Whether you are young or old, a professional dancer or a complete beginner. You can adjust the routine toyour own level - work up a major sweat or just take it easy. Dancying is a great way to achieve all around fitness and well-being, physically and mentally. Taking part is about achieving your best and having fun!
