Adopt this Pet: Mike Has a Purr that Soothes

Mike, a 5-year-old gray and white longhair cat has a purr that soothes. While you’re petting him, he dozes off in seconds! If you’re looking for a furry friend who will amuse and snuggle, come in for some quality cuddle time with Mike. 

The  is at 13212 SE Eastgate Way in Bellevue and is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday.

All dogs and cats at the  have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. They go home with 30 days of pet health insurance and a certificate for an examination by a King County veterinarian. Seattle Humane Society is open for Labor Day weekend! To celebrate, there will be no adoption fee for cats one year and up Sept. 1-3.

Holidays can be a great time to introduce a new pet to your family, allowing them to acclimate to their new surroundings over a long weekend. If you’re planning on having a quiet Labor Day, consider adopting a loving pet from the Seattle Humane Society to share it with!
