Francis is a petite 8-year-old is a sociable sweetheart who will greet you with enthusiastic head butts when you walk in the door. In Francis's jade green eyes, everyone is a potential friend. She'll rub her jaw and flanks against anyone's ankles to invite willing fingers to stroke and scratch her under her chin. If she's not balancing with front legs off the ground to get the full benefit of a gentle hand on her head, her paws are primed for playtime. Wriggle a string just out of reach to reveal this agile beauty's talents.

The  is at 13212 SE Eastgate Way in Bellevue and is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday.

All dogs and cats at the  have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. They go home with 30 days of pet health insurance and a certificate for an examination by a King County veterinarian.
