The National Weather Service reports that rain and fog could affect Halloween festivities in Bellevue and make things wet and extra spooky.

The weather service reports that there is a 30 percent chance of rain Saturday night and a 90 percent chance of rain on Sunday morning. The chance of precipitation goes down to 60 percent Sunday night.

While Monday -- Halloween -- is expected to be sunny, the fog is expected to roll in about 11 p.m., according to the weather service.
