Bellevue residents -- shorts weather may be arriving.
Sunny skies and warm weather will dry out the Pacific Northwest Sunday and Monday and at the end of the week, the National Weather Service reported.
However, because it is the Northwest, after all, showers are expected Wednesday, the National Weather Service reported.
"An upper level ridge will bring dry and warmer weather Sunday and Monday. An upper trough will reach the Pacific Northwest Tuesday or Wednesday of next week... with another upper ridge bringing more dry weather late in the week," according to the forecast discussion.
According to the National Weather Service's Bellevue forecast, temps will reach about 64 degrees on Sunday and 74 degrees on Monday.
There could be a slight dip in temperatures mid-week, coupled with showers, the National Weather Service reported.
But highs in the upper 60s are expected to return Thursday and Friday, according to the weather forecast.
