Last night, Jonathan Tiller, Chef at Aljoya, created sumptuous full flavored unique dishes using our local WA farmers ingredients.  This was a truly amazing treat for our event.   Raymond Cox, Chef of Catering Excellence (Aljoya) and his staff, attended to every detail with poise and efficiency.  And Kurt Dammeier and Thierry Rautureau gave an entertaining talk about farmers, farmers markets and why we truly need them close to us.  They also gave generously to our event by offering Chef for a Day with Kurt Dammeier,  lunch at Loulay Kitchen & Bar and LUC with Thierry at your side
