Justin Timberlake has a sexually terrifying case of "Tunnel Vision"

How would you like to be the "beneficiary," an object of hormonally-driven obsession dramatized in the words, music, and "artistic" visual imagery of Justin's song and video, "Tunnel Vision?"

Rather, I can easily imagine feeling much like a deer in headlights being viewed through the telescopic sight of a sexually-powered "gun."

Note: You have no name. There is no celebration of intimacy between partners, no love, no acknowledgment, no relationship, no reciprocity, no communication - only objectification, no room for anything resembling love. You have no name.

The Tunnel Vision defense?
A significant and alarming danger lies here. This music video with its hypnotic visuals may be seen and ultimately used as a justification for sexual assault and abuse. ("Your Honor. I am not responsible for my actions, I was a victim of Tunnel Vision...")

At best this musical video is a call, a cry for help from a male musical icon trapped within an hypnotic daze of sexually-driven obsession. At worst, this is a station on the slippery slope towards rape and sexual abuse.

I suggest that Justin and other romantically challenged humans, both male and female, get their heads out of their tunnels, or better yet, not stick their heads in tunnels in the first place.
