UPDATE: Missing Bellevue Teen Found

At-risk youth was found last week and is at Kitsap County Juvenile Detention.

 

Update: Julia Mascarella, a 15-year-old youth-at-risk from Bellevue who went missing on Nov. 20, has been located. Her father discovered an address for the boyfriend, and Kitsap County S.O. picked her up Dec. 19.  She is currently in Kitsap County Juvenile Detention.

The Bellevue Police Department has issued a missing-person youth-at-risk alert for a 15-year-old runaway.

Julia Mascarella, 15, approximately 5-foot-10, 150 pounds, black hair with blue highlights and brown eyes, is a repeat runaway from Bellevue who frequently visits Kent, Renton and Seattle. She was last seen by her father on Nov. 20 and was wearing a black T-shirt, black jeans and brown size 9 “Chuck Taylor” shoes. She has piercings on her nose and face.

Julia, who currently has a warrant by Juvenile Court listed as a child in need of services for substance abuse and at-risk behavior, possibly is with her boyfriend in Renton or Kingston.
