Siedler has the emotional age of 10. It is believed that he has very little cash on him but he does have a bus pass and is familiar with the bus system, according to the police.

Siedler was supposed to be visiting overnight at his parents home, but his parents discovered Tuesday morning that he had left on his own, according to Bellevue Police Lt. Marcia Harnden. While he has a cell phone, it is turned off, so police cannot locate him via GPS, she said.

Since he left, Siedler has not been in contact with family, friends or his group home located at the 800 block of 144St Place SE.

"It's uncharacterstic of him to be gone for 12 hours," she said.

He is described as a white male, 6’-2”, 190 lbs, short brown hair and green eyes. Siedler is believed to have been wearing a red nylon coat.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
