Bellevue Council, School Board Races Certified for November

The results are in on which candidates will face each other on November 5th.

King County Elections certified the results of the August 6, 2013 primary election today. Citizens can register to vote or update their registration by Oct. 7 to vote in the Nov. 5 general election. Election results and voter information is available on the King County Elections Website

Bellevue Council

For Bellevue Council Position number six, Lynn Robinson, who won 48.25% of the votes, will face off in the November general election against Vandana Slatter, who took 26.32% of the primary votes, narrowly edging longtime Councilman Don Davidson, who took 25.16% of the vote.

For Bellevue Position Number Four, Kevin Wallace, who won 46.28% off the primary votes, will face off in November against Steve Kasner, who won 42.30% of the primary votes.

Bellevue School Board

For the Bellevue School Board Director District Number 5 position, My-Linh Thai, who won 40.74% of the votes, will face off in November against Ed Luera, who won 34.97% of the primary votes.

In other certified results, King County Proposition Number 1, the Parks Levy, passed, approved by 70.22% of voters.
