Boys and Girls Club Partnership on Bellevue City Council Agenda

Bellevue city council members will decide how to act on the Boys and Girls Club partnership at Hidden Valley Sports Park on Monday, Aug. 6 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the city council meeting.

 

Council members are expected to discuss and act on the possible partnership between the city and the at  at Monday’s study session.

The partnership would allow the Boys and Girls Club to construct a multi-purpose gymnasium at the park. Both partners would share the cost of the improvements.

City council members will also receive an update on the state of the city’s Visit Bellevue Washington site at Monday’s study session, according to the city’s meeting agenda. Visit Bellevue Washington is the city’s official destination marketing organization.

Both agenda items are scheduled to start after a 40-minute executive session.

The regular session starts at 8 p.m., and will include the presentation of awards to City Hall, Fleet Services and Employee Commute Trip Reduction.

The is scheduled from 6-10 p.m. at The city council will start the meeting with a 30 minute executive session that is closed to the public. The regular meeting starts at 8 p.m. The council meetings are broadcast live on Bellevue Television (cable channel 21). Video of the meetings can be viewed any time online from Bellevue TV.
